Nebraska Goose Hunting
Nebraska goose hunting is a great and challenging hunt offered at Prairie Sands Hunting. We are located along some of the great flyway's that are travelled by thousands of Canadian Geese each year in Nebraska, and at times you can see hundreds of geese flying overhead.Using the knowledge of our seasoned Nebraska goose hunting guides, you and your goose hunting party will get the opportunity to goose hunt in Nebraska and try to bag you limit of geese. We call them in for you to ensure a highly successful hunt.
When goose hunting in Nebraska, you will be directed to one of our strategically located goose hunting pits. Our seasoned goose hunting guides will explain the goose flight patterns and the way they call them in.Make sure you pack layered clothing, as the conditions can be anywhere from temp's in the 80's to below zero and snowing hard. Goose hunters will not be allowed to bring their dogs for goose hunting, unfortunately, as the guides have a very strong bond and strict training regimen for their goose hunting dogs.
All goose hunts will start one hour before sunrise and will be completed by 12:00 p.m. mountain time. For safety and comfort, we allow a maximum of four goose hunters at a time in our goose hunting pits.For your convenience, Prairie Sands has decided to make our goose hunts a combination hunt by adding upland bird hunting to the package. This will allow you to hunt upland birds later in the day after you finish your Nebraska goose hunt. Our combo hunts are $550.00 per hunter per day.
